Can “Sweet Sweat” Be Scientifically Tested?

Yes, by the use of Thermography which measures and records infrared heat patterns. By using this technology it is possible to analyze and detect areas of poor Body Temperature (usually problem areas). At Sports Research we test athletes by having them jump rope vigorously for 20-25 minutes by applying “Sweet Sweat” to only one part of the body. During and after the exercise we test for the amount of sweat and body temperature. Measuring the difference from the side with “Sweet Sweat” to the side without. We can consistently achieve a significant and beneficial increase in body temperature with “Sweet Sweat” side over the non “Sweet Sweat” side. The enhanced heat production indicates increased temperature in the area lying below the “Sweet Sweat”. When there is an additional increase in temperature, substantial benefits can be more easily realized, in problem areas.

 How much “Sweet Sweat” Should Be Applied?

Only a thin layer should be spread onto the surface of the skin without rubbing into the skin. A little goes a long way.

How do you remove “Sweet Sweat”?

After your work out and normal “cool down” period, towel off, soap, and shower will remove “Sweet Sweat”. (For Maximum Results make sure you leave “Sweet Sweat” on during your cool down time).

How Long Will “Sweet Sweat” last?

- A 3.5 ounce, 99 gram jar lasts about 1 ½  months

The above time average is based on a person working out 3 to 4 times a week. Shelf life of “Sweet Sweat” is a minimum of 5 years and should be used within 12 months from 1st opening.
